Best fiber product I've tried

I have noticed a marked improvement with my digestion and regularity upon taking this supplement. I take 2 capsuls in the morning and 2 leter in the afternoon.
I've tried other fiber products that didn't have much affect. And this one is so easy to take, unlike drinking a big cup of fiber slush from other products. I have less bloating a cramping now since my body isn't carrying around so much waste throughout the day.

i started taking it to help lower my ldl cholesterol level and will not have a real review until after the test results mid april. at this point i am taking 2 capsules in the morning with food, and 2 in the evening with food. i wanted to start out slowly. do you recommend 4 capsules twice a day?
